EA has picked up Respawn Entertainment, developer of the Titanfall series. It's acquiring the developer in a deal worth over $400 million. They've worked together in the past, with EA publishing both of Respawn's Titanfall games. Some projects are already underway.
Titanfall is going to reach mobile devices in the form of a real-time strategy title called Titanfall: Assault. The game comes from Respawn Entertainment, Particle City, and publisher Nexon. It offers PvP play and leaderboards. No release date was mentioned.
